Mandala Ceremony in Atlanta  sRobert has shared with us this opportunity to see a Mandala in creation. There are opportunities in the week to see the monks working on creating the mandala. The final Ceremony early Sunday afternoon, Robert tells us, should be quite impressive. Consider going. Father John is thinking about going Friday late afternoon to simply meditate while the mandala is being created. See the picture below.

Ending with a Metta Chant  We decided to end our meeting from time to time with a Metta Chant that Bowman and Sherre have taught us. Come and experience it! Here are the words:

May (I/you/we) be filled with lovingkindness
May (I/you/we) be well
May (I/you/we) be peaceful, and at ease
May (I/you/we) be happy.

Zoom by Request  We currently set up Zoom when we have a request.  The best way to request is by texting John at 914-512-8156. We are in a rural area and internet is can be spotty.
