A Quiet Day Saturday March 2   from 10 am to 2 pm at St. Elizabeth's Church.

Ending with a Metta Chant  We decided to end our meeting from time to time with a Metta Chant that Bowman and Sherre have taught us. Come and experience it! Here are the words:

May (I/you/we) be peaceful, and at ease
May (I/you/we) be happy.
