Robert leads our Meditation, Thursday, May 25, We will focus on our breathing as our member Robert shares with us. Robert uses his meditation training in a variety of school and recovery settings.
June 1, Father John will lead breathing meditation, optionally with beads. For those who wish Participants will be introduced to the use of beads. Bring your own beads if you would like.
