We are sorry for the lack of email last week. We had numerous technological difficulties. Let us go forward in hope they will not reoccur.

June 1, Father John will lead breathing meditation, optionally with beads. For those who wish Participants will be introduced to the use of beads. Bring your own beads if you would like.

Fellowship, June 1. After the group anyone who would like can go to El Jimador for some fellowship time together. Or we can choose somewhere else. Consider joining us! 

June 8, Proposed. Breathing Meditation with a reflective text by Thich Naht Hahn. Or, suggest another meeting or lead.
