This week: Guided Meditation led by John
Picnic May 11, which is a Thursday. Not May 10 as was erroneously indicated last week. We will picnic on the grounds on Thursday May 11. We will mediate and mindfully eat. It is a good week to reach out to a friend and invite them to meditate, or reach out to someone who has been absent a while. We will bring simple foods to share. Chairs will be available for those who do not want to sit on blankets.
